Cyanoacrylates

Cyanoacrylates is the main product of CA PLUS Adhesives, Inc. The offer cyanoacrylates that are single, double and triple distilled to exact industry standards that meet today’s production and engineering requirements including Military Specification MIL A 46050C.

CA PLUS Adhesives offers the most comprehensive range of cyanoacrylates on the market today. These products bond the widest range of substrates in the fastest time with the highest bond strength of any other family of adhesives.

Their cyanoacrylates are single component adhesives that bond two surfaces together in seconds with out the use of solvents, heat or clamping pressure with shear strengths up to 4000+ psi. No mixing is required and the adhesives are clear and ready to use right from the bottle. They are easily automated to be applied right on the assembly line. They provide durable strength, good impact and vibration resistance, excellent aging and weathering characteristics.

Anaerobics

Our anaerobics are one component adhesives and sealants that join metal assemblies and resist vibration loosening, prevent tampering and seal against leakage and corrosion. They are formulated to hold cylindrical parts together (bearings, bushings gear, etc.), seal metal flanges (replace cut gaskets), and seal tapered pipe threads (hydraulic, air fluids, etc.).

These adhesives/sealants cure in the absence of oxygen with minimal shrinkage. They are engineered with specific removal strengths so they can be disassembled with standard tools or can be non-removable (heat over 350°F/177°C will allow easy disassembly).

Wire tacking/Electrions Bonding Kits: These convienently pre-packaged kits are designed for tacking wires or large components on circuit boards.
