With Peli’s trademarked “Dual Band” design, the 1080 Case presents a solid composite shell construction, and a strong anodized aluminium latch with stainless steel pins. It will also preserve your laptop with a shock-absorbing foam-moulded liner, or Pick ‘N’ Pluck™ foam. A tongue-and-groove lid construction, a polymer o-ring, and a built-in, automatic Gore-TEX pressure equalization valve, creates a water resistant seal (IP66), and makes it easier to open the case at any altitude. All these features make the 1080 Hardback Case a great option for keeping both, laptop and case, secure when drops or hard knocks happen… up to the harshest conditions!
