This is a unique product for those who want the ultimate in tool control. You will be able to send us an outline of each of your tools and we will design a profile of them in the shadow box design that will hold your tools in place. This is a must for airplane mechanics, automobile repair people, sportsman, etc. The black foam with yellow base gives you instant recognition of each drawer so you can tell at a glance if everything is it its proper place.
There is a one time design charge per cavity for each item you want in a drawer. We need at least 25 items per order spread over multiple drawers. As with all of the Foam Products from The COTRADECO Foam shop they are shipped FOB La Quinta, CA with the customer being responsible for the freight.
Estimated cost for a kit of 50 tools (Tool Control Foam manufacturing $ 215.00 and design fee $ 200.00) is approximately $425.00.
We work closely with you on the design of each drawer to give you the maximum satisfaction and protection of your tool partners.
Water Jet Cutting:
High pressure water stream approximately .020" thick controlled by CNC interface, cuts any 2 dimensional configuration without tooling. Most foam shops have multiple water jets with different capabilities for cutting foam, fiberglass, rubber, and plastics. Parts can be up to 60″ × 120″ or smaller parts nested for maximum yield in the same cutting space.
