    <title>Rock-Paper-Scissors. How's that supposed to work again? (NSFW)</title>
    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I understand how scissors can beat paper, and I get how a rock can beat scissors, but there&amp;#8217;s no fucking way paper can beat rock.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Is paper supposed to magically wrap around rock and leave it immobile? Why the hell can&amp;#8217;t paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can&amp;#8217;t paper do this to people? Why aren&amp;#8217;t sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they take notes in class?&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ll tell you why, because paper can&amp;#8217;t beat anybody. A rock would tear that shit up in two seconds.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;When I play rock-paper-scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, &amp;#8220;Ooh shit, I&amp;#8217;m sorry, I thought paper would protect you asshole.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;You won&amp;#8217;t believe how realistic the results are with a little patience and some basic materials.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;This rail station building was constructed by &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nEBKd_M0UA" rel="nofollow"&gt;billc226&lt;/a&gt; out of corrugated plastic sign board, plastic bathroom moldings, venetian blind slats, spackle, paint, and some misc items you can find at any home improvement store.&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Epic space battles!!! Star Trek vs. Babylon 5-The Final Fight ( Part I )</title>
    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;After finding the &lt;a href="http://cotradeco.com/posts/2139-epic-space-battles-battlestar-galactica-vs-star-wars" rel="nofollow"&gt;Battlestar Galactica VS Star Wars video&lt;/a&gt; I was introduced to an entirely new genre of fan-fiction, that of recreated space battles between various ficitonal science fiction worlds.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;While I am currently loving Battlestar Galactica, I think what I love about it is the gritty quality that made Babylon 5 great. And yet I have always been a fan of Star Trek (obviously not too much or I would be at Comicon right now ;).&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;At any rate, the video &lt;em&gt;Star Trek vs. Babylon 5 &amp;#8211; The Final Fight ( Part I )&lt;/em&gt; by &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/DarkwarriorSFN" rel="nofollow"&gt;DarkwarriorSFN&lt;/a&gt; on YouTube is a brilliant and astounding space battle video.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://cotradeco.com/posts/2141-epic-space-battles-star-trek-vs-babylon-5-the-final-fight-part-ii" rel="nofollow"&gt;Watch Star Trek vs. Babylon 5-The Final Fight ( Part II )&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (&lt;em&gt;when you&amp;#8217;ve finished Part I of course&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;We could, and hopefully will, debate all day over whether DarkwarriorSFN correctly predicted the outcome of this battle. Can Star Trek shields hold out against the Babylon 5 fire power and tenacity. Are Star Trek humans as tenacious and willing to go all the way as the Babylon 5 crews? 		&lt;p&gt;After a long period of &amp;#8220;doing nothing&amp;#8221; I started a new project, based on the great work of &amp;#8220;Star Wreck &amp;#8211; In the Pirkinning&amp;#8221;.&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p&gt;But this time I intended to work out not just a music-video, I wantend to create a cross-over-battle-movie with Star Trek and Babylon 5 as good as possible. After this I started with customizing and integrating the sound effects (which you usually don&amp;#8217;t have in a music video).&lt;br /&gt;I needed about 4 hours for the video editing, 6 hours for looking for good music and editing the soundtracks so they fit together &amp;#8211; but more than 16 hours for the sound effects like engines, gunfire, laserbeams, explosions and what ever&amp;#8230;by the way, thanks to my wife for supporting me with feedback und a lot of coffee ;) :D&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Epic space battles!!! Battlestar Galactica vs. Star Wars</title>
    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I recently began watching the new Battlestar Galactica. It is an amazing complex show that explores what it means to be human. The reimagined Battlestar Galactica is a drama that just happens to be set in space. The show focuses much more on the lives of the people (and cylons), their struggles and triumphs as they attempt to understand their role in the universe. While it could have been a non-stop action based space shoot &amp;#8216;em up, they took the high road and made something for the ages.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;That said, this reimagined epic space battle between the Battlestar Galactica universe and the Star Wars universe is amazing! While I may not watch the show for the space battles, this video showing Vipers and Battlestars battling against Tie Fighters and Imperial Star Destroyers is so much fun.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;So say we all. May the force be with you. Ah, screw it we&amp;#8217;re all going to the dark side.&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Injinji Socks-love these!</title>
    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;My new injinji socks arrived and I can&amp;#8217;t see why I would want to take these off!  &lt;br /&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t know what the official use is for these, but I think they are going to make great gifts!     <title>New stainless steel bottles: There you go Willy!</title>
    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Community member Willy Johnson posted a message to my spot directly yesterday. While all Willy&#8217;s posts tend to be a bit obscure in style, this one read like a poem!&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;dear trader dan, plastic bottles are so 2008. &lt;span class="caps"&gt;BPA&lt;/span&gt; what? wheres the s.s. water bottles? I&#8217;m in the market market for some some ultra expensive water containment vessels. Will costco hold tight its grip on my debt card? The people demand high gloss painted s.s. water bottles. I can hold back only so long.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;And I sure appreciate him bringing it to our attention that even with zoe&#8217;s article on &lt;span class="caps"&gt;BPA&lt;/span&gt; and the fact that stainless steel is the new black ;), we didn&#8217;t have any stainless steel bottles at the trading post store.&lt;/p&gt;
