What is Second Life? And why should you care? Part II

I posted a brief article not too long ago about Second Life and my own confused feelings as we rush towards a brave new world. “Dan”: having never even heard of Second Life, posted a comment expressing even more confusion than I.

This post is a simple follow-up to share part 2 (of 5 as hosted at YouTube) of the BBC Documentary The Intelligent Revolution . The Intelligent Revolution is one of four documentaries in a series called “VISIONS OF THE FUTURE” hosted by Dr Michio Kaku. In the embedded video we see Dr Michio Kaku demonstrate and shares, “how artificial intelligence will revolutionise homes, workplaces and lifestyles, and how virtual worlds will become so realistic that they will rival the physical world.” It was this documentary that caused me to take a second look at Second Life .
