Womans FR Wear
Stacy DeGraffenreid about 1 year ago | 4 responses     Subscribe Potluck CoTradeCo news, comments, and requests

Woman’s FR clothing has arrived!!! Tired of the not quite right fit?? I am pleased to announce that Benchmark has introduced a woman’s line of FR clothing. The FR Clothing line for women is tailored for a woman’s shape. As always it is the same quality and comfort that we have all come to expect from Benchmark! Please browse the complete “Benchmark FR” catalog on line http://cotradeco.com/products/categories/126-benchmark-fr to get an idea why women’s styling in FR protection with the ring spun cotton and inherently flame resistant material is such a big deal.

I know that this news will make a lot of the women out there happy.

Keep us posted as the new line gets closer to rolling out.

Oh and a little tip, to minimize how much spam you receive, you really shouldn’t post your email address on the internet in a raw form like that, especially when it gets turned into links automatically on blogs and forums such as this.

One trick people use is to do something like:

  • stacy at cotradeco dot com
  • stacy-@cotradeco.-com

Or something that makes it harder for evil little email sniffing robots to snag your address and start spamming you.

I’ve made a note (among thousands of them) to make an article about protecting yourself from spam and posting safely online. Someday.

I will keep the updates coming as I find out more. Thanks for the info above on the email address, I went in and edited my original post. And I will look forward to your article when it comes out!

I am happy to report ladies it is getting closer! We were up at Benchmark last week, and I was able to get a chance to try on the new ladies version of the Featherweight coverall! Yes it was only the prototype, a lovely shade of purple (which I loved, but will not be a color option!!) But let me tell you it was nice to try on an FR Garment that actually fit my scale. The sleeves did not hang way past my finger tips and it was actually a very good fit!! Each will be hemmed to the lenght that we need which is also very nice (especially since I do not sew!!) As I promised earlier I will keep you posted as to the progress and if you have any question let me or Trader Dan know and we will do the best we can to answer any questions you may have. Until then be safe!!

Shucks, I’m sorry I missed the fashion show.

I am glad that John and the good folks over at Benchmark FR are looking out for our lady heroes. It’s about time somebody put together some decent FR protection for women.

Keep us posted Stacy.

About posting to community blogs

Post anything. Talk about work, life, or play. Get and give advice and tips. This is a trading post so feel free to promote yourself, projects, or your business (just don't spam!).

You need a SPOT to post new discussions on the community blog and comment on other people's posts.

Some folks call it a blog, a forum, or questions and answers. Trader Dan is old fashioned and thinks of it as folks talking and having a good time.

The only real rules are NO SPAM, don't be rude, and indicate if your post is NSFW. These things tend to peeve Trader Dan no end. Promoting yourself is okay if it is meaningful to the community, but limit yourself or you will be deleted. Controversy is okay, but hate, flaming, and jerks are not.
