Four California Coast LID & Permeable Pavement Workshops being offered

Live and work in California and want to learn more about LID (Low Impact Development) storm water management and Permeable Pavements for Stormwater Management? Four workshops are being offered in Ventura, Newport Beach, Oakland, and Santa Cruz.

These workshops are geared towards building trade professionals, developers, engineers, material suppliers, local government staff, and state government planners and regulators. They will discuss Low Impact Development (LID) which according to the California Coastal Commission site is, ”...gaining popularity as a better approach to stormwater management that seeks to control stormwater at the source, using small-scale integrated site design and management practices to mimic the site’s natural hydrology.”

The workshop will cover practical application, design, implementation, and mainteance of LID techniques and many more topics.
