Modern day high rise workers video

While stumbling videos the other day I came across this great presentation from the Discovery Channel. It explores the world and life of the high-rise construction workers.

One worker says it is a great job, paying something like $32 per hour. But after seeing how they are just walking around unsecured on exposed beams 40+ stories off the ground, I’m not sure that is enough. I am somewhat afraid of heights, but love to be at height. In my other life as a stagehand, I take any chance I get to go up in a lift to focus lights or hang things, It gives me such a crazy thrill, but I’m not sure I could do job these guys are doing.

Thought you might enjoy. Just don’t fall out of your seat while you watch!
