Ask yourself;
1) How good is my business plan? No plan? STOP until you have a solid plan.
2) How well do I know the products?
3) How confident am I of my market/customers? Do I have MoIs?
4) Do I know the sources? The quality of products? The prices? The lead times? The shipping methods? How can I ensure the right product is delivered at the right time, for the right price?
5) Do I have sufficient funding?
6) Do I have solid business partners? Is my business well-rounded; S&M, Finance, Production, Shipping, QA, Admin. Do I have reliable connections in China which I can easily communicate with, who understand my business & products, who have my best interests, who are very knowledgeable with the local market – who can source, monitor, ship the right product for my price at the right time?
