Drink water and get enough sleep (seems like a universal health tip, eh?). Jon Curtis goes into more detail than that though!

There are several different types of dehydration, including dehydration that’s induced by vomiting, hypernatremic dehydration and hyponatermic dehydration. Look for symptoms of dehydration, such as headache, nausea, muscles cramps and weakness with help from an EMT in this free video on dehydration.
