While doing more research I found this company, Utility Innovations .
In their own words…

They have products, job listing, event postings, training materials, and a variety of resources for the linemen and utility workers. Hook, books, boots, and tools.
They seem to be in partnership with line-man.com claiming to be the premier forum for utility workers.
