What was this guy thinking? Oh wait he probably wasn’t.
After he decides to turn onto an imaginary side street, this criminal steps from the car as if he’s going to submit, but then attempts to sprint off, getting tasered in the back. Even then he seems unsure whether he wants to comply, where he even is, or if he’s playing a strange game of twister.
