Emeril’s Mac and Cheese Contest

Today is the final day for e-mail submissions to this contest. I’m in! My son, with my input, entered my recipe with a story about how he makes the long trek up the east coast for my mac and cheese. When I prepare it to take to a friends house, I have to be sure their grandkids aren’t around because they will eat it before anyone else has a chance. We’ll see, wish me lots of luck! I’ll keep you posted.
