Anybody know where I can download this for free, so I can play around at home? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Sergio
Sergio, not sure where to direct you to find what you want but you might want to wear a hat if you’re going to be out in the sun with all of that makeup.
Yeah you better be careful. Legend has it that Mexican wrestlers lose their powers if something happens to their mask.
And I tried playing with the software. It seems pretty cool, but the faders were SOOOO small.
Thanks Zoe! Hopefully, I’ll have some time after the prehang today to mess around with the program at home!
I’m assuming that ETC Obessions II software is not the latest computer game.
As I am not familiar with the ways of the stagehand, perhaps someone could tell me more about what ETC Obession software does.
For that matter, what is a “prehang”?
The Obsession II is a lighting console made by ETC. It is mostly used for theaters. I was hoping to get the software for it to practice at home. You can program lights and make your own show apparently from your home computer if you have the software.
A prehang is a prep day at the theater to hang and focus lights for the next show coming in.

It takes a little bit of digging, but I found it on the ETC site actually. You find it yourself here in the little search wizard they have .
But you can download it direct with these links (PC/Windows only):
And this quick guide should work:
I hope this helps Sergio. This looks like the latest version at the time of this post. I’m not sure if you would need the earlier versions depending on the software that your ETC Obsession II is running. Maybe we can get Alan logged in here finally to explain some of that.
Oh, and you should post an introduction in the Stagehands introductions story topic so everybody knows who you are and what you do.
