The dark side of Everybody’s Free (to wear sunscreen)...you need a sense of humor
beingzoe 2 months ago // Subscribe Creative Endeavors Gibber-gabber

If you don’t like black comedy don’t watch the video above.

If the feel-goodery of my previous post, Reminded (again) of the beauty of life…Everybody’s Free was just too much for you to handle, this skewed, stilted, and cynical interpretation of the Baz Luhrmann song Everybody’s Free to Wear Sunscreen by John Safran will have you laughing (and cringing).

One of my favorite quotes from this piece is…

Shoplift as often as you can. Shopping centers factor shoplifting into their prices, so if you don’t do it, it’s like their getting money for free.

Or maybe…

Remember you can wear your underwear four times without washing. Forwards. Backwards. Inside-out forwards. Inside-out backwards.

And this video is so dang cynical I don’t have any compunction about letting you know that we sell sunscreen in the trading post store, for industrial/organizational needs we have the “SunX line of sun screen”: and the individual/outdoor adventurer line of Beyond Coastal sunscreen and skin care.

Always wear sunscreen, but only if it has that coconut oil that gives you cancer, and smoke Winnie Blues.
