hot fires

I read the book ” Firefight Inside the Battle to Save the Pentagon on 9/11.”
By Creedand Newman. In the book they state that the fire was so hot that wrinkles in Firefighters turn out coats allowed hot gasses in, burning their skin. Benchmark FR 2nd Skins would give more protection to Firefighters.

That’s insane! It’s hot just sitting in my studio right now, but I can’t imagine what firefighters have to deal with on every call, much less this tidbit from the book.

The product Dave is referring to is flame resistant underwear by Benchmark FR that CoTradeCo sells in the store catalog

You can buy Firefight: Inside the Battle to Save the Pentagon on 9/11 by Patrick Creed and Rick Newman at Amazon.com
