Zoe I had my camera and I also had my sample of the Pelican 9450 Remote Lighting System. Thursday night my wife, coach and my self we hired to cook, a fund raiser for our athletic department of our school at San Diego Christian College. We were hired to cook dinner for 200 students and we did a Santa Maria Style BBQ, which includes tri-tip, chicken, pork ribs, cole slaw, ranch style beans and bread.
Coach was told to set up out side the kitchen in an alley, at the it was around 5:00 pm and still light. As we were cooking the sun was setting fast and coach realized he had no light. I told the coach no to worry as I proceeded to the trunk of my car where I have my samples. I got the Pelican 9450 out and set it up next to the BBQ trailer. As you can see with out the light we would have had a rough time cooking the meat properly. We had 22 tri-tips, 55 chicken halves and 15 rack of ribs all that had to be cooked at different temperatures, not including the all the bread. If it wasn’t for the Pelican light I really don’t know what we would done.

Hmmm…sounds like a good dinner, I bet all the guests were sure glad there was some light to cook the food, it could have gotten pretty crazy around there..
Do you do parties :)
