It is a round bottom plant pot with special water detection and balance monitoring technology called the Roly-Poly. In the words of the review, “The Roly-Poly Pot works on the concept that plants fall over when they begin to die of thirst.”
Well now you can know. That is you can know if they bothered to register and post at Rotten Neighbors .
I’ve got to admit when I first found the site, I got all paranoid. I mean over the years, while not being bad neighbors really, we haven’t kept our yard up to the nicest standards. So when I looked up my address I expected to see complaints up and down the street about the people who let their yard go to the weeds.
From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20-minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns. The Story of Stuff exposes the connections between a huge number of environmental and social issues, and calls us together to create a more sustainable and just world. It’ll teach you something, it’ll make you laugh, and it just may change the way you look at all the stuff in your life forever.
Improved performance in any one of these areas can produce tangible savings for the business-savvy facility manager.
Buildings generate waste during operation; can have poor indoor air quality, affecting worker health; and produce roughly a third of carbon dioxide emissions and other emissions that harm air quality. I am a creative person at heart, but more serious and left brained than I want to be sometimes. I have known zoe since his first company Websmythes, and Dan since the early days of his old company online.
I am so excited for everybody at CoTradeCo and hope to help them succeed in any way I can. I’ll probably be picking up a hydration pack and a pelican laptop case for starters. But since I’m not as rich as I would like, I will have to help out by submitting stories and getting friends to the site.
Mountain biking and watching movies
Right now my favorite movie is probably The Trial from Orson Welles starring Anthony Perkins. Amazing cinematic version of a Franz Kafka story.
The Office
I like to eat, a lot!
