Getting friends

While reading posts and viewing people's SPOTs you can invite people who share your interests to be your friend.

Once you invite someone to be your friend, they must accept they next time they sign in to their SPOT. Once they accept you will mutually appear in each other's friends tab.

Managing friends

While we hope the friends you make here aren't that much work, sometimes you do have manage them a bit.

If someone invites you to be their friend, you will need to accept or deny that friendship in your SPOT.

Bio

Graduated from George Mason University in 1997 with a degree in Exercise Science. A 6-foot-1, 200 pound track star in high school he finished 6th in the 1992 Olympics in Albertville, France where he was, at 18, the youngest member ever to compete in the Olympic Bobsled Trials. Mike entered the U.S. Army in 1999 and is a member of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete program with the rank of Specialist. He was named to the U.S. Men’s Bobsled Olympic Team in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the 4-man USA Bobsled where they won the Bronze Medal. His career highlights include five U.S. National Championship titles, nine World Cup top-20 finishes and he is currently training for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C. Mike was featured as one of People Magazine America’s Top 50 Bachelor’s along with fellow bobsledder Doug Sharp.
