I keep two of these in the back of my car, just in case I ever need to pull over to the side of the road….also worked great to re-direct traffic on the 4th of July…what do you use your collapsible cones for?

Today was open house at the Vancouver Washington Fire Department. It is a great community event and it is a great time for everyone! The kids were able to sit in a vintage fire truck, watch firefighters perform drills, and the highlight for my two junior firefighters was watching the firefighters put a fire out on an actual car!
Try giving a Trick or Treater the choice between fruit and candy and guess which one they will choose? Fruit, that’s right! Well, at least, they will choose it if it has a candy coating!
This year for school we decided we just couldn’t send more chocolate or candy into the kiddos. So we tried something new, Pear Ghosts.
By the way, do you notice anything different about these photos?
It’s not even October but man oh man do I have the Halloween fever!

I am married stay at home mom with a very active mind.
We have 2 boys, a 3 year old an a one year old. I left the banking world to do what I like to call, home management.
Activities
Good question, anything outside really. The Northwest is great for hiking and enjoying the wilderness. Traveling, the whole group of us enjoys a good trip.
