Hi My name is Christie and I am a school teacher. I live in San Diego, CA. I am 36 years old and I love to write poetry and read. This summer I will learn to play my guitar and surf.

Better and easier than a typical blog posting here gives you a built in audience by the other community members. All posts that you make to the community are displayed there and here on your private SPOT blog.
Alternatively you can post to your own SPOT blog and use it more like traditional blog. Posts directly to a SPOT blog do not show up in communities but are available to the public and search engines.

About friends
Build your network of friends and associates. Friends help people get advice and information from groups of people from specialized fields and interests. Friends help friends find new friends. And friends help you get noticed if you are promoting something.
Browse the various communities to meet folks, make new friends, and find all sorts of resources for whatever interests you.
Getting friends
While reading posts and viewing people's SPOTs you can invite people who share your interests to be your friend.
Once you invite someone to be your friend, they must accept they next time they sign in to their SPOT. Once they accept you will mutually appear in each other's friends tab.
Managing friends
While we hope the friends you make here aren't that much work, sometimes you do have manage them a bit.
If someone invites you to be their friend, you will need to accept or deny that friendship in your SPOT.
Bio
I am a mom of a 7 year old little boy who is the love of my life. He brings me a lot of joy. I am a lesbian and have a girlfriend named Lynn. We are very happy together. I am a native San Diegan and hope to be here for a long time. I have lived all over the county but prefer to be west or central. I am a reiki master and I also do crystal therapy and aroma therapy with essential oils. I am clairvoyant, clauraudient, clairsentient,an empath and a medium.
I lean more to buddhism and my girlfriend would be happy to hear I am leaning towards democrat now versus repulican. I hope to be married again and live happily ever after.
