- Good with people. For us it is about attitude, personality, and knowledge. CoTradeCo is about helping people succeed, and that includes our customers, community members, and you.
- While some companies require degrees, we are more interested in your actual life experiences and who you are as a person. Though a degree can’t hurt.
- We prefer sales reps who have an intimate knowledge of the products we carry and the industries and individuals we serve. If you have that knowledge we want to hear from you. If you don’t, we will work with individuals with the right attitude (notice a trend?) from any walk of life seeking an opportunity.
