We know what it’s like. You need 1 odd ball widget for a special request but the minimum order is a case of 12, or $500+ (or you can buy 1 with a $25 below minimum fee). If you can’t find it locally and you don’t want to wait for your next full order in 4 weeks, CoTradeCo can help.

Dealers & Sales reps are given wholesale pricing and are free to choose their own sell price.

We take this relationship very seriously. Anyone with an ongoing business can apply for the dealer program. Considering the service and pricing we make available we require a credit application for anyone seeking terms and an interview to ascertain whether this type of relationship will be mutually beneficial.

Access to TRADER ADMIN LOGIN

• Export price sheets in Excel format
• Place wholesale orders using our online catalog
• Download catalogs and collateral. Get access to various marketing and promotional materials from our various vendors and those created by CoTradeCo for our sales reps and other marketing.
• Get link codes for referral sales
• Live online reporting coming soon! We are a small company, and our Trader Program is still very new. Thus our online reporting is still being developed. In the mean time we will provide reports on all sales generated through your dealer account by email as orders are generated.

Blind drop shipping
For branding purposes many companies don’t wish to reveal their relationship with CoTradeCo to their customers. We understand and will offer blind drop shipping.

Training with vendor and manufacturer reps
While we pride ourselves in being as knowledgeable as possible, we will arrange for personal meetings and trainings with many of the manufacturers we work with. Currently this is fairly limited to those living in the Southwest U.S. and select areas of the country for certain product lines. But under the right circumstances will even consider flying you in to spend some time with us and our vendor reps.

Assistance with your web presence
If you have a website or are thinking of starting one, CoTradeCo will use it’s knowledge and expertise to give advice and in some cases even directly assist in the construction of your site.

Leads directly from CoTradeCo
We want to build localized specialized representatives around the world. If you can cover a specific geographical area, especially outside of Southern California, and/or have special knowledge/focus in a particular industry or hobby Trader Dan will turn over leads generated from the website or phone calls to qualified dealer local to that lead.

Dealer finder
We will be implementing a Dealer finder resource on our site to help provide more personalized local service. Especially for retail customers seeking a local shopping experience we will direct these customers whenever possible to you based on geographical location and specialty. In all cases we would rather make a few less dollars to ensure local personal service than make a few extra bucks trying to provide long distance customer service. CoTradeCo is about building relationships.

Minimum participation requirements

• Fill out a credit application (if seeking account terms)
• Maintain a reasonable number of orders or sales volume per 6 month period
• Filling out a sales rep/dealer agreement
